To All you travellers out there ( don’t get caught up with the three feel at home package) WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES EVER!!!!! Took out a £5 pm feel at home, 12 month contract for my teenage son... Had EVERYTHING CAPPED. ( so he couldn’t go over the limit) First few months no problem!!!! Then Bills started coming in as much as £39.23 pm Got on to customer services ( live chat in India) Got apologies, an on one occasion a refund, and a PROMICE the problem was now solved!!! Next month the same, and the Next and..... Spent hours on chat to India, trying to resulted the issues ( now been 9 MONTHS) Still an ongoing problem EVERY MONTH) Always a promise, it had now sorted!! NO MORE REFUNDS!! And at my witts end!!! FINALLY ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT! I had HAD ENOUGH!! Promised ( on chat to India) this had been done!!! PHONE WAS TURNED OFF! ( by them) So finally thought it was over!!!!!! NOPE!!!!! A few weeks later received a call! Apparently the Phone was NOT CANCELLED!!? It had been suspended! ( they couldn’t even get that right) !! So consistently, apparently I still owed them money !!!! INCLUDING the time the phone had been Suspended!!!!!! On top of this they wanted a further payment to Cancel the contract........( contract cancellation is the same amount pm as the remainder of the contract)!! In short.... A £5 PM CONTRACT THAT SHOULD HAVE COST ME £60 for the YEAR!!!! Has so far COST ME £ 136.67...nearly THREE TIMES THE AGREED AMOUNT!!!!! And apparently I still owe them money!!!!! I’m Sure Customer services will reply to this message!!! Probably saying Capping doesn’t work overseas!!!!!! Guess what customer service ( all our other phones do)!!!!!! This company also over charge by small amounts every month! One of our other contracts is for £9 per month.. many times it’s £9.40 or £9.20.... never enough to warrant a 2 hour chat to India, but still over!!! If they are doing this to everyone!! They must be earning a fortune!!!!!!! ( from stolen money) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERY BILL!! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE, UNHELPFUL, RUDE, LIERS!!
